Step 1 · Consulting fee

Start small, see everything

One per-project fee covers the real work: sourcing options, factory matches and live quotations. Start an order, and every cent is credited back against your service fee.

Service fee

5–10%, agreed in writing

A single transparent fee on order value, confirmed before we start — no factory kickbacks, no inflated quotes. Our incentive is your price going down, not up.

Samples

Hold it before you commit

For small-value products we front the sample cost; you only cover shipping. You approve the sample first — the factory deposit comes after, never before.
