If the product already exists and you only need it bought, checked and shipped: standard products. If anything about it changes, the label, the box, the size or the design: custom products. What does the USD 25 on a sample cover?
The work behind the sample: getting the factory to make a one-off, checking it matches what you asked for, and getting it packed and shipped to you. It is flat, so it does not go up with the sample price.
Can you send the sample before I pay?
No. The sample payment is what lets us place the order, and we pay the factory up front too. You see the exact total before you pay, and we order as soon as it arrives.
Do you ship single parcels to my customers?
No. We ship batches. When a product sells well, we buy it in bulk under your label and ship it in one go to your warehouse.
What if the goods fail inspection?
They do not ship. You pay the balance only after the goods pass our inspection.
