You Define the Procurement Task

What happens

  • You describe what you need — product, specifications, quantity, budget, target market
  • Include any reference links, competitor products, or design files you have
  • We review your brief and ask clarifying questions within 24 hours
  • A procurement scope document is created — we both sign off before moving forward
Your effort: ~10 minutes

Why this matters

  • Ambiguity at this stage multiplies cost and delay downstream
  • A written scope means no "I thought you meant..." conversations later
  • Forces clarity on compliance requirements before supplier search begins

We Match Factories & Deliver Comparison Quotes

What happens

  • We search our vetted factory network for 2–4 candidates that match your specs, volume, and budget tier
  • Factory profiles shared: location, years in business, export markets served, certifications held
  • We negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, and production timeline with each candidate
  • You receive a comparison quote — side-by-side pricing, terms, and our recommendation
ANJU turnaround: 24–48 hours

Why this matters

  • A single quote is just a number. A comparison is market intelligence
  • We never present one supplier — that creates dependency and removes your leverage
  • Factory profiles let you assess capability beyond price alone
3

You Validate Before Production Starts

What happens

  • Pre-production samples are produced and shipped to you (or to our inspection team)
  • Factory audit report delivered: facility condition, equipment, workforce, quality systems
  • You review samples, compare against your spec, and approve or reject
  • Only after your written approval does mass production begin
Validation window: typically 5–10 days

Why this matters

  • This is your last chance to catch specification drift before it becomes 10,000 defective units
  • Factory audit is not optional — we physically visit. Photos and reports are shared with you
  • You control the "go" decision. Not the factory, not us.

We Manage Production & Deliver to Your Door

What happens

  • Production monitoring: weekly progress reports, photos from the production line
  • In-line quality control: random sampling during production to catch issues early
  • Pre-shipment inspection: AQL-based sampling. Anything below standard is rejected before loading
  • Logistics execution: freight booking, customs clearance, documentation, cargo insurance, tracking to destination
Production lead time varies by product. Logistics: 15–40 days depending on mode.

Why this matters

  • Production monitoring means you're not waiting 45 days in silence hoping everything is fine
  • In-line QC catches defects during production — not after the entire batch is already made
  • Pre-shipment inspection is the final gate. If it fails, the container doesn't leave
  • You pay in milestones tied to verified progress — not 100% upfront

Common Questions About Our Process

How do you choose which factories to work with?

Physical audit. We visit the factory, inspect their production lines, review their quality management system, check export licenses and certifications, and verify their track record with previous buyers. No factory enters our network without an on-site visit.

What if I already have a supplier I want to keep using?

You can. We'll add them to our audit schedule — same inspection standards applied. ANJU can manage an existing supplier relationship just as we would a new one: QC, logistics, payment staging.

How do you charge for your service?

Transparent service fee, agreed before we begin sourcing. No hidden commissions, no supplier kickbacks. The factories you choose pay us nothing — we work for you, not for them.

What happens if a shipment fails inspection?

The goods don't ship. We work with the factory on corrective action — rework, replacement, or refund — depending on the contract terms. Your staged payment structure means you haven't paid the full amount yet.

Can you handle multiple product categories in one order?

Yes. That's one of the main reasons buyers work with us. Instead of managing 3–4 different factories and communication channels, you have one procurement manager who coordinates all of them for you.
